Very good location. 5 mins from Malpensa airport. The facility was clean. Our room was outdated but our family members’ room is slightly better. Most of the staffs were amazing! The check in staffs were extremely helpful and great. The only one that’s a bit grumpy was the morning front desk guy. Understandably so, we had to leave at 3 am for our early morning flight and he had to also drive us to the airport. He didn’t look too happy. Shuttle is NOT free, we paid premium hour price for it so I didn’t expect the grumpiness. With that said, this is a very good value for a night stay if you need to be near the airport. Will not hesitate to recommend it!

Nice one night stay less than 10 minutes away from the Milan Malpensa International Airport. Perfect if you have a stopover or an early flight the next day. There's a shuttle service running 24/7, it costs 5EUR per way per room. The 10EUR breakfast was worth it.

The shuttle bus service was key for me choosing to stay, for the second time, at this hotel. The driver of the bus was wonderfully friendly and welcoming. I liked the quiet location of the hotel and the easy walk to a nearby restaurant for dinner, which served wonderful pasta.

Very friendly and helpful stuff, clean and good looking room, small but adequate for the price. There was only one electric socket in the room, (with lots of older usb inlets, that are now not that useful unfortunately), but they kindly gave me a socket extension for several sockets). It is a 5 minute drive from Malpensa airport. The on demand shuttle pick-up was great! Room was very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Room had kettle, coffee maker and bottled water. Staff were excellent! They spoke English and and were very helpful. The shuttle drivers were great. Although I was not able to use them, they was a bar in lobby and breakfast in the mornings.

Great location, not 10 minutes away from the airport, in a quiet neighbourhood. Shuttle service at just 5 euros, nice spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Restaurant next door. All this makes it perfect for just before you fly or if you land late at night.

This is a great hotel to use as a stop over for a flight to/from Milan. The shuttle service is excellent, 24 hour and well priced. Taxis are not an option as they are extremely expensive (100 Euros+), so the shuttle was fantastic. Do be aware that if you want to visit the centre of Milan, you will need to take a shuttle back to the airport to take the train into the city centre. We stopped at the hotel twice, book-ending our holiday. The first night was excellent. We had a comfortable room and the staff were happy to help us make the most of our short stay in Milan. The second night on the way back was a little less impressive. Unfortunately the thermostat was stuck so the room was too hot and the bed was broken. Because we arrived at 2 am, we didn't ask to move rooms but I'm sure if we had asked they would have moved us if possible. The breakfast is excellent. All the food is lovingly prepared and the coffee is fantastic. I would stay here again if we travel through Milan in the future.
